What Erics’s Clients Are Saying About His Stellar Service
The Best thing that I can say about Coach Roark is that you can trust him 100%! The reason he has been a great coach/recruiter for so many years is that his reputation as a straight shooting, truthful person was impeccable. Eric is one of the best men I've met in the coaching business
Eric Roark is one of the finest men that I know. His passion for excellence and service to others is tremendous. You can trust and count on Eric.
I chose Eric to list my home because he is a coach. Coaches are motivated and that is what is important to me!
We met Eric several months ago as we made our transition from Salt Lake City to Durango. Eric has helped us to navigate through the stressful process of buying property, building a home, and finding a rental home. He has also helped to familiarize us with the beautiful town of Durango and connect us to all the needed resources. We have been so impressed with Eric's professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process. We appreciate that Eric does exactly what he says he is going to do and does so in an effective and efficient manner. We have been incredibly pleased with Eric's knowledge and ability as an agent/broker. We lucked out, too, that he has charm and a great sense of humor. We consider Eric and his wife, Connie, our new Durango friends.
Eric Roark was our Realtor in a recent real estate transaction that went smoothly from listing to close. We can’t say enough about how diligent and thorough he was throughout the entire process. He also went way beyond what any other agent had done for us in the past. We previously listed with two different companies, neither of which made any effort other than putting our property in MLS, along with a sign. This was a beautiful tract of land that needed exposure. Eric actually sought out potential buyers and worked very hard to make everything work.
We can honestly say that Eric is the best agent we’ve ever used throughout our decades of buying and selling.
Eric represented us after it had been listed elsewhere, and what a suburb job he did. We know he worked hard holding an open house for Keller-Williams agents (with fabulous food provided by his wife), always making contacts, calling other agents to ensure we are put on their list of showings, etc. We came to and still consider Eric a friend; much in common in the way of football. He was always there, regardless of time, to ensure all went well and arranged so many details for us that all worked out great. You would be doing yourself a favor if you let Eric sell your home for you. If it is on the market, I believe he can sell it.
