We met Eric several months ago as we made our transition from Salt Lake City to Durango. Eric has helped us to navigate through the stressful process of buying property, building a home, and finding a rental home. He has also helped to familiarize us with the beautiful town of Durango and connect us to all the needed resources. We have been so impressed with Eric’s professionalism and integrity throughout the entire process. We appreciate that Eric does exactly what he says he is going to do and does so in an effective and efficient manner. We have been incredibly pleased with Eric’s knowledge and ability as an agent/broker. We lucked out, too, that he has charm and a great sense of humor.
